About Our Farm
Blossom Creek Farms is diverse in the areas of equine, and agriculture. Nestled in Wheatfield NY, We produce home grown trees, shrubs, perennials and annuals, while overlooking acres of horse pastures. The horses lend a hand as well making our fertilizer.
BCF is proud to partner with Lauren's PRO Landscapes. LPL specializes in Design, and Installation of your outdoor living & landscape projects.
